   PERSONAL INJURY & CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE

piteam.jpg (8413 bytes) If you have been injured or bereaved and someone else is partly or wholly to blame, you may be able to claim compensation.

Our team of specialists are always happy to meet with you for an initial free interview to assess whether there may be a basis for bringing a claim and to advise you on how the case may be funded.

We get results from hard work and attention to detail that is second to none.

You can only generally obtain compensation if the accident has happened within the last three years. Therefore, you should always act quickly. Telephone or email us for an appointment.

Our solicitors offer specialist expertise in, amongst others, the following areas:

The value of claims dealt with by the firm varies from 1,000 for minor claims to over a million pounds for catastrophic injuries.

The Team

All our solicitors are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and act predominately for victims of accidents. David Marshall is on the Executive Committee. APIL promotes wider redress for personal injury in the legal system.

We are members of the lawyers support/resource service of Action for Victims of Medical Accidents (AVMA). In medical negligence cases AVMA can assist with complaints procedures and referral to support groups.

We hold a legal aid franchise for personal injury work and have also been at the forefront of the development of conditional fees ("no win, no legal fee" arrangements).
